Baked Pancake Recipe
Cinnamon Maple Banana Topper
Ingredients:
- 4 organic ripe bananas, cut into 1/4 inch wide medallions
- 3 Tablespoons dark maple syrup
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
Directions:
- While your pancake is baking, in a saucepan on low medium heat, add your bananas, maple syrup, and cinnamon.

- Saute for about 10 minutes (while your pancake is baking – about 12-15 minutes). Once your pancake is done, top with your maple bananas. Sprinkle with organic confectionery sugar, if desired.

- Enjoy eating whole!
