Cinnamon Maple Banana Topper

  • 4 organic ripe bananas, cut into 1/4 inch wide medallions
  • 3 Tablespoons dark maple syrup
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  1. While your pancake is baking, in a saucepan on low medium heat, add your bananas, maple syrup, and cinnamon.Bananas precooked
  2. Saute for about 10 minutes (while your pancake is baking – about 12-15 minutes).  Once your pancake is done, top with your maple bananas. Sprinkle with organic confectionery sugar, if desired.cooked bananas
