Raw Date Syrup

Raw Date Syrup

Dates are an amazing powerhouse fruit! They’re free from cholesterol and contain very low fat.  Dates are a rich source of dietary fiber, protein, and rich in vitamins B1, B2, B3, B5, A1, and C!  Not only these little fruits great for a natural energy boost, but also contain natural sugars – making them the perfect natural sweetener.  Pop dates int your smoothies and homemade non-dairy milks for a healthy addition of glucose, fructose, and sucrose.  They’re rich in potassium (ounce for ounce contain more potassium than bananas!).  Dates also help improve the digestive system as they contain both soluble & insoluble fibers and various amino acids.  Read up on their full benefits here!
