Avocado Sun-Dried Tomato Spread

Ingredients (serves 4):

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 Cup sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1 clove garlic
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. In your food processor add all ingredients and blend until smooth.  Taste a bite and adjust any seasonings as necessary.P1130006s
