Ingredients (serves 1):
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 heaping handful of baby spinach
- 1 Cup blueberries
- 3/4 – 1 Cup non-dairy milk (I opted for creamy hemp milk)
- 1/4 Cup basil leaves
Directions:
- Add all ingredients to your blender and blend until smooth.
