Ingredients:
- 2 ripe kiwis, diced
- 2 cucumbers, diced
- 2 limes, juiced
- 1 ripe mango, cubed
- 1 jalapeno, seeds removed & diced
- 2 Tablespoons red wine vinegar
- Salt to taste
Directions:
- In a medium mixing bowl combine all ingredients and toss. Place in your refrigerator until ready to eat (hint: the longer the salsa sits the more flavors will develop!).
