Ingredients:
- 1 14-oz package of organic tofu, sliced into 1/2 inch thick steaks
- Marinade Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Balsamic Vinegar
2 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Tablespoon maple syrup
2 cloves of garlic, minced
2 teaspoons dried rosemary
- 1/2 cup Balsamic Vinegar
Directions:
- In a mixing bowl combine your marinade ingredients and whisk until combined. Add your tofu steaks to an 8 x 8 baking dish and cover with your marinade. Let it rest for 1 hour, flipping half way through (if you can marinate your tofu for even longer do it! More flavors will develop.).
- Heat your cast iron grill pan to medium – high heat (or toss it on your grill!). Add your tofu steaks and grill for about 3-5 minutes on each side, until those beautiful grill marks appear! Sprinkle with salt, if desired.
