Strawberry Balsamic Glaze



  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, washed, stems removed, and cut into quarters
  • 3/4 cups balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 clove garlic, minced


  1. Combine your balsamic vinegar , maple syrup, and garlic in a small sauce pan. Bring to a boil and add your strawberries, reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, for approximately 10 minutes.
  2. Enjoy over tofu, salads, burgers, the options are endless!
