Ingredients:
- 3 1/2 Cups organic unsweetened coconut flakes
- 2 Tablespoons Bragg’s Liquid Amino Acids (OR gluten-free Tamari)
- 1 Tablespoon dark maple syrup
- 1 – 2 Tablespoons liquid smoke
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit. In a mixing bowl combine your Bragg’s Liquid Amino Acids (or Tamari, if using), maple syrup, liquid smoke, and whisk to combine. Add your coconut flakes and toss until they’re fully coated.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and add your coated flaked coconut. Pop them in the oven for 10-15 minutes, tossing every 5 minutes, to ensure all pieces are thoroughly cooked (and not burning!).

- Place your coconut baking in a sealed container and store in a cool, dry place. These are great sprinkled on wraps, tofu scrambles, burgers, sandwiches…the uses are endless!

Enjoy eating whole!
