Banana Butter

I not only love this recipe because of it’s simplicity, but it’s SO delicious!  I use it on waffles, pancakes, in smoothies, on hot quinoa cereal, basically anywhere you’d use nut butter!  I recommend letting the flavors meld for 30 minutes after you mix it up (makes the flavors pop more!).

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 4 Tablespoons nut butter (yay for cashew butter!  I’m allergic to both almonds & peanuts!)
  • Optional: 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients to your food processor.  Mix until smooth!  Add to a glass sealed container and store in your fridge. IMG_8060s
  2. Enjoy eating whole!IMG_8066s IMG_8074s IMG_8079s IMG_8082s
