BBQ Tofu Topping:
- 1 package extra firm organic tofu, such as Nasoya Sprouted Super Firm, cut into long strips 1/2 inch thick
- 4 ounces of your favorite BBQ sauce
While your dough is baking, marinate your tofu.
Ranch Dressing:
Be sure to store leftovers of this delicious creamy ranch dressing in your fridge for a great dipping sauce or dressing for a salad!
- 12 oz (1 package) silken-firm tofu
- 2 Tablespoons organic Veganaise
- 1 teaspoon dry dill
- 1 1/2 Tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon organic garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon organic onion powder
- 1/3 Cup water (start by slowly whisking the water in until desired consistency is reached)
- Salt to taste
Whisk all of your ingredients together and adjust spicing if necessary.
Assembling:
- Once your pizza dough is ready to top, spoon the desired amount of tomato sauce on your pizza, arrange your BBQ tofu however you’d like (I made a pinwheel for easy slicing).
Top with your favorite vegan mozzarella cheese. Pop in the oven for about 10-15 minutes, until your cheese is melted. Let cool for about 5 minutes before slicing. Serve with your ranch dressing on the side. - Enjoy eating whole!
