Ingredients:
- 3 ripe bananas
- 2 Cups baby spinach
- 2 stalks celery, diced
- 1 Cup non-dairy milk
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 orange (I had blood oranges on hand), juiced
- 1 Cup of ice
Directions:
- In your blender add your spinach & non-dairy milk and blend until the spinach is pureed. Add your bananas, celery, avocado, orange, ice, and blend until smooth.
