Ingredients (serves 4)
- 4 medium sweet potatoes
- 1 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tablespoon Old Bay seasoning
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. I used a crinkle cutter for my fries but it’s a-okay if you don’t have one! Slice your potatoes about 1/2 inch thick. Cover a baking tray with parchment paper. Move your potatoes to your baking tray and drizzle with your olive oil and seasoning. Toss to coat evenly.

- Pop them in the oven for about 12 minutes, or until golden, and toss your fries. Place them back in the oven for about another 12 minutes.

Enjoy eating whole!
