Blackened sweet potato fries

Ingredients (serves 4)

  • 4 medium sweet potatoes
  • 1 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Old Bay seasoning

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.  I used a crinkle cutter for my fries but it’s a-okay if you don’t have one!  Slice your potatoes about 1/2 inch thick.  Cover a baking tray with parchment paper.  Move your potatoes to your baking tray and drizzle with your olive oil and seasoning.  Toss to coat evenly.sweet potato fries sweet potato fries
  2. Pop them in the oven for about 12 minutes, or until golden, and toss your fries.  Place them back in the oven for about another 12 minutes.
  3. Enjoy eating whole!sweet potato fries
