Lemon Garlic Roasted Asparagus Spears

Asparagus Spears

Ingredients (serves 4):

  • 1 bunch of asparagus, ends trimmed
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 2 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.  Lay your asparagus spears on a baking tray and drizzle with olive oil.  Sprinkle your fresh lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper and toss to combine.  asparagusPop your baking tray in the oven for 15-20 minutes, until the tips of the asparagus start to golden.
  2. Enjoy eating whole!asparagus
