Banana Ice Cream


Ingredients (serves 4)

  • 6 very ripe bananas, peeled and frozen for at least 2 hours
  • 1/2 Cup non-dairy milk (I use hemp milk for it’s creamy consistency) + more as needed


  1. Add your frozen bananas and non-dairy milk to your blender and blend until smooth. If your blender is having a little difficulty due to the thickness, add 1 Tablespoon of non-dairy milk at a time.
  2. Add your mixture into a freezer-safe container and freeze for up to 4 weeks.  This treat is delicious topped with nuts, carob nibs, fruit, or anything else your heart desires!
  3. Enjoy eating whole!
