Creamy Dijon Dressing

honey dijon dressing

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 Cup dijon mustard or stoneground
  • 1/4 Cup pure maple or agave syrup
  • 1/4 Cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 Cup water
  • Salt & cracked black pepper, to taste

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl & whisk to combine.  Taste a bite and adjust any seasonings as necessary.
