Ingredients:
- 1/4 Cup dijon mustard or stoneground
- 1/4 Cup pure maple or agave syrup
- 1/4 Cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 Cup water
- Salt & cracked black pepper, to taste
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients in a small bowl & whisk to combine. Taste a bite and adjust any seasonings as necessary.
