Vegan Blue Cheese Dressing

Ingredients:

  • ¼ block of extra firm tofu, crumbled
  • 1 cup Veganaise
  • 1-2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon tahini paste

Directions:

  1. In a mixing bowl combine your veganaise, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, and tahini paste.  Whisk to combine.  Sprinkle in your tofu crumbles and stir until fully incorporated.
  2. Enjoy eating whole!IMG_5968s
