Healthafied Buffalo Cauliflower Bites with Veganized Blue Cheese Dressing

  • 1 Head of organic cauliflower, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • Batter:
    • 1/2 Cup organic finely-ground brown rice flour
    • 1/2 Cup corn OR arrowroot starch
    • 3/4 Cup water
  • 3/4 Cup of your favorite wing sauce + 4 Tablespoons vegan butter
  • 1 batch of my veganized blue cheese dressing


  1. Preheat your oven to 45o degrees Fahrenheit.  In a mixing bowl combine your batter ingredients and whisk until smooth.IMG_5939s IMG_5935s
  2. Add your cauliflower bites to your batter and coat until all are battered.  Add them to a greased baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through to ensure all sides are baked thoroughly.  While your cauliflower bites are baking, in a small saucepan on low-medium heat combine your wing sauce and vegan butter, whisking to melt the butter.   3. Once your cauliflower bites are done baking, drizzle with your wing sauce and pop them back in the oven for 5 minutes.  Serve with the blue cheese dressing, and celery sticks, if desired.IMG_5957s IMG_5960s IMG_5971s
