Ingredients:
- 1 Cup cashews, soaked overnight
- 1/4 Cup water
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 2 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1-2 Tablespoons raw agave
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt to taste
Directions:
- In your blender add all ingredients except your oil. Blend until smooth (if your blender is having a little trouble, add 1 Tablespoon of water at a time until desired consistency is reached). While your blender is still running, drizzle in your oil and blend until creamy. Adjust any seasonings as necessary.
- Store in your refrigerator in an air-tight container for up to 1 month.
- Enjoy eating whole!
