Carrot Juice Icing

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 Cup confectionery sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons carrot juice

Directions:

  1. Whisk your ingredients together until fully combined.  Top on your favorite muffin, cupcake, or my scrumptious carrot bread!icing whisked
  2. Enjoy eating whole!
