
Ingredients (serves 4)
- 2 Cups gluten-free pretzels
- 1 Cup medijool dates, pitted (about 12)
- 1/4 Cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 Cup coconut oil
- 1/4 Cup chia seeds
- + 1/4 Cup dried fruit of choice
Directions:
- Add all of the ingredients to your food processor. Blend for about 1 minute, until everything is combined and sticks together when pressed between your fingers.

- Pour your mixture into a loaf pan and press firmly down. Place your loaf pan upside down over a cutting board and gently tap the bottom and sides until it slips out. Use a pizza cutter and score your brick into bites. Store in your refrigerator for up to 1 week.
