Ingredients (serves 4):
- 4 medium zucchinis
- 1 batch of my Raw Creamy Basil Pesto
- Optional garnishes: sprinkle of fresh lemon zest, grape tomatoes
Directions:
- Prepare your zucchini noodles julienne style. I used a vegetable peeler and sliced my zucchini noodles to my preferred thickness. Now, there are many other ways to do this (such as a spiralizer) but this is what I had on hand!

- Toss your pasta with the creamy basil pesto until fully coated. Top with freshly cracked black pepper and optional garnishes, if using.
