Creamy Roasted Red Pepper Sauce


I love this creamy roasted red pepper sauce as a salad dressing, topped on grilled veggies, drizzled over corn-flour crusted tofu, and pairs magnificently with my Smokin’ Chorizo burger!P1100519s P1120321s


  • 2 roasted red peppers (I tossed mine on my grill for a real fire-roasted taste!)
  • For an extra kick add ¼-1 teaspoon of red chili peppers (be warned: if you enjoy a little kick and not sensitive to heat add only ¼ teaspoon!)
  • ½ Cup non-dairy milk
  • 2 Tablespoons maple syrup
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Add all ingredients to your blender and blend until smooth.  Adjust any seasonings as necessary.
