I love this creamy roasted red pepper sauce as a salad dressing, topped on grilled veggies, drizzled over corn-flour crusted tofu, and pairs magnificently with my Smokin’ Chorizo burger!

Ingredients:
- 2 roasted red peppers (I tossed mine on my grill for a real fire-roasted taste!)
- For an extra kick add ¼-1 teaspoon of red chili peppers (be warned: if you enjoy a little kick and not sensitive to heat add only ¼ teaspoon!)
- ½ Cup non-dairy milk
- 2 Tablespoons maple syrup
- 2 cloves garlic
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- Add all ingredients to your blender and blend until smooth. Adjust any seasonings as necessary.
-
Enjoy eating whole!
