Ingredients:
- 1 Head of organic cauliflower, cut into bite-sized pieces
- Batter:
- 1/2 Cup organic finely-ground brown rice flour
- 1/2 Cup corn OR arrowroot starch
- 3/4 Cup water
- 3/4 Cup of your favorite wing sauce + 4 Tablespoons vegan butter
- 1 batch of my veganized blue cheese dressing
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 45o degrees Fahrenheit. In a mixing bowl combine your batter ingredients and whisk until smooth.

- Add your cauliflower bites to your batter and coat until all are battered. Add them to a greased baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through to ensure all sides are baked thoroughly. While your cauliflower bites are baking, in a small saucepan on low-medium heat combine your wing sauce and vegan butter, whisking to melt the butter.

- Once your cauliflower bites are done baking, drizzle with your wing sauce and pop them back in the oven for 5 minutes. Serve with the blue cheese dressing, and celery sticks, if desired.
