
Ingredients (makes 1 9-inch pie crust):
- 2 Cups gluten-free pretzels, such as Glutino Pretzels
- 1 Cup pitted medijool dates (about 12)
Directions:
- In your food processor add your pretzels and dates. Pulse until your dates are fully chopped and mixed into your pretzel crumbs and stick together.

- Add your mixture to a greased pie plate (coconut oil works great!). Using a glass (I used my measuring cup) press down and flatten your crust to your pie plate in a circular motion, pressing the crust all the way up the sides.

Add in your favorite filling, such as banana cream pie, my Purple Passion Cheesecake, a nut butter pie, or anything your creative mind can think up! This crust is superb with my Lime No-Bake Cheesecake!
