
Ingredients:
- 2 Cups gluten-free pretzels
- 1 Cup medijool dates, pitted (about 12)
- 1/4 Cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 Cup coconut oil
- 1/4 Cup chia seeds
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Add all of the ingredients to your food processor. Blend for about 1 minute, until everything is combined and sticks together when pressed between your fingers.

- Pour your mixture into a 9-inch pie plate and press firmly down and up the sides. Pop your pie dish in the oven for about 7 minutes, until the crust has firmed. Fill with desired pie filling.
